It is a common practice in the Catholic Church to have the Sacrifice of the Mass offered for those who are deceased, for those who are ill, for special intentions or for special occasions. The Dominican Fathers are willing to offer such Masses at the Shrine of Saint Jude upon receipt of your request. The amount of the offering for any Mass is left to your generosity. When the request for any Mass or Masses is received at the Shrine, it is immediately acknowledged and the client can be assured that the Mass or Masses will be said promptly. If after a reasonable time no acknowledgment is received, it is an indication that the request failed to reach the Shrine. An inquiry should then be sent to the Shrine.
